1. ELIGIBILITY: Donations are open only to those persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of April 8, 2007. Entry is VOID where prohibited by law..

2. DONATION PERIOD: The Donation Period opens on April 7, 2007, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and will close on December 3, 2007, at 11:59 PM, ET (the "Donation Period").

3. HOW TO DONATE: To donate, visit the Hole in the Wall donation page on www.champcar.ws, click on any of the Donate link, and fill in the online form. All information and entries provided by entrants becomes the exclusive property of Champ Car, will not be acknowledged or returned and will be subject to the privacy information published on www.champcar.ws.

4. RELEASES: Champ Car is not responsible for fraudulent e-mails/calls/mail sent to entrants by someone other than Champ Car. Entrants consent by donating to the use of their names, photographs and likenesses by Champ Car and HITW for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law

5. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Champ Car, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the these Official Rules. All decisions made by Champ Car are final. Champ Car reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including federal, state, local, and departure, licenses and registrations, are the sole responsibility of the donators. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Champ Car and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed inaccurate, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries, telephone system or computer malfunctions, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, lost connections, dis-connections, transmission errors, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the promotion. Champ Car reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Champ Car’s control corrupt the administration. Champ Car may prohibit any entrant from participating in the promotion if, in their sole discretion, they determine such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Champ Car’s representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH ENTRANT AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CHAMP CAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

6. UNFORESEEN EVENTS: If for any reason (including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, acts of God, acts of terrorism, technical difficulties, and other events not within the reasonable control of Champ Car) a work stoppage or any party cannot continue the promotion, then the promotion will not resume until both the both Champ Car resumes operations and the affected sponsor resumes normal business, if ever. In the event that this promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including, but not limited to, any federal or state governmental authority), Champ Car reserves the right to discontinue or modify such promotion, as applicable, or to disqualify participants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Champ Car shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
